Incandescent Light Bulbs
Incandescent lamps, commonly known as traditional light bulbs, produce light through the heating of a wire filament until it becomes white-hot and emits visible light. These bulbs have a simple design, consisting of a filament housed within a glass bulb filled with inert gas to prevent filament oxidation. Incandescent lamps were widely used for general lighting purposes but have become less common due to their lower energy efficiency compared to newer technologies. Despite their declining popularity, incandescent lamps continue to be recognized for their warm and familiar quality of light, with extremely high color rendering.
